The Retiree Club Steering Committee is pleased to offer a variety of activities through out the year for your enjoyment.  

Day trips to places in and around the greater Houston area and  Informal Educational luncheons are the mainstay of the activities available for members.  If there is an activity that you would be interested in, please contact a member of the Committee.

Harris County Precinct 4 New COVID-19 Bus Guidelines
 
Beginning November 1, 2020, Precinct 4 will begin group transportation for day trips.  The passenger count will not exceed 50% occupancy.
  • 14-passenger buses – maximum of 7 passengers
  • 26-passenger buses – maximum of 13 passengers
  • 40-passenger buses – maximum of 20 passengers
Precinct 4 reserves the right to cancel any trip if COVID 19 conditions warrant cancellations.
 
Guidelines:
Practice hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette.
  • Before you board the bus, wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Once you reach your destination, wash your hands again with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol as soon as possible upon arrival.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
  • Cover your coughs and sneezes on the inside of your elbow.
Practice social distancing.
  • Passengers will sit in designated rows only.
  • One passenger per row with no exceptions.
  • During travel, try to keep at least 6 feet from people who are not in your household.
Wear a mask.
  • All passengers must wear a mask while traveling on the bus.
Have adequate supplies.
  • Before traveling, pack sanitizing wipes or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol in case you are unable to wash your hands at your destination at any time during the trip.
